Mondō refers to a prosaic conversation in kotoba between two parties. There are two mondō in Okina. The first one occurs in the interlude Furyū part, between Furyū Senzai, who is on the stage, and Bamboo and Pine, who are standing on the bridge. The second one occurs in the second Act, the Sanbasō - Black Mask part, as Sanbasō and Senzai converse, standing respectively on Squares 1 and 5. Each of them forms a Dialogue dan, one in the Furyū part and the other in the Sanbasō - Black Mask part.
